I found the hotel to be what we wanted and delivered good and clean rooms. However, the constant honking of Indian drivers due to the close proximity to the street was very annoying. The service from reception to cleaning was well-rounded but had some hiccups like being dropped off at the wrong entrance to the Taj. The location near the Taj Mahal and right next to a mall with a McDonald's was convenient, but some maintenance was needed in certain areas. Dining options were good overall but could use some improvement; the simple order of toasts and coffee was pleasant. The hotel offered a desk PC and newspapers in Hindi and English, which I appreciated. The value for money was reasonable, and the peaceful atmosphere in the Taj Nagary phase was enjoyable.
